Natara Feller, a seasoned energy law attorney, has substantial experience counseling companies and individuals in the energy industry on regulatory, transactional, compliance and enforcement matters involving state utility commissions, RTOs/ISOs, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Natara has worked with numerous energy start-ups, and established companies, counseling each with personal attention through the maze of CFTC, FERC, RTO/ISO, and state utility commission rules, regulations, and requirements. Additionally, Natara has negotiated a wide variety of agreements - from vendor agreements, to sophisticated Preferred Supplier Agreements. Once established, many of Natara's energy clients count on Feller Law Group to keep them advised on developments that may impact their business, as well as opportunities to grow their business through the firm's monitoring, regulatory risk advisory and compliance reports. Natara is a frequent speaker at national energy conferences and published author. Grace Strom Power, Partner
Grace Strom Power's practice is focused on energy matters, regulatory law, and government affairs. She advocates on behalf of clients seeking legislative and regulatory solutions. She guides clients who wish to navigate New Jersey government at every level including the Office of the Governor, New Jersey State Legislature, and numerous state and local regulatory bodies. She has represented clients within a variety of industries including energy, automotive, banking, telecommunications, finance, insurance, transportation, higher education, telecommunications, health care, alcoholic beverages, casinos, and race tracks. Grace has previously served as the Legislative Liaison for the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.
Grace devotes a substantial portion of her practice to representing electric and natural gas suppliers in New Jersey and the Northeast, including advising suppliers on all facets of policy, regulatory, and compliance issues impacting day-to-day business operations and serving as outside counsel

Ann Marie Bermont, Associate
Ann is a graduate of Pace University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2014. At Pace, Ann was a member of the Environmental Law Review, and a two-time award winner with the Jessup International Moot Court Competition Team. Ann has had internships with Riverkeeper, Inc., the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, in-house counsel of Natural Markets Food Group, and the United Nations.
Prior to studying law, Ann performed throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia as an orchestral and chamber musician. Ann co-founded and directed Dynamic Motion Company, an interdisciplinary arts organization, and she currently is the co-director and media organizer of Halcyon Chamber Series, a chamber music series featuring diverse performances. Ann holds her undergraduate degree in Violin Performance from the Boston Conservatory, and continues to perform professionally throughout New York.

Lena Golze Desmond, Associate
Lena Desmond leads the coordination of the retail energy application process, as well as compliance with RTO/ISOs, state, and utility regulations. She is founder of 'Law for the Environmental Grassroots,' an initiative focusing on expanding grassroots access to legal resources. Lena is a NYCELLI (New York City Environmental Law Leadership Institute) Board Member and an Environmental Leadership Program Senior Fellow.

David is intricately involved in Feller Law Group's strategic planning and growth. He plays an integral part in the firm's business development efforts and is actively spearheading the further development of Feller Law Group's legalized cannabis practice. As part of his outreach, he recently attended the leading Legalized Cannabis Business Conference & Expo in November 2016. David is also charged with building sustainable and scalable best practices for Feller Law Group's business side. With years of proven business management experience, David is focused on perfecting the firm's internal operating procedures and financial management, and tracking client history and success.
Prior to joining Feller Law Group, David was the General Manager at Tomorrow's Genius, an Ed-Tech startup in NYC focused on bringing high-quality, personalized educational tools and resources to underserved communities across the United States. David began his professional career spending seven years as a high school English teacher in one of Brooklyn's toughest public schools, and bolstered his communication and organization skills serving as a Program Chair as well as a Data Specialist for the New York City Department of Education. He earned his Masters of Education degree from Pace University.
Administrator, EQR Coordinator
Lindsay is Feller Law Group's Administrator, responsible for overseeing the firm's day to day business operations, along with preparing and submitting suppliers' EQRs (Electric Quarterly Reports) and managing FERC compliance. She also oversees the firm's Human Resources, evolving the firm's internal processes and cultivating the firm culture. Lindsay is intimately involved in business development.
As a member of the Association for Legal Administrators, Lindsay regularly attends management and training seminars, including the ALA's Law Firm Management course and the Electric Quarterly Report training program, hosted by one of the original developers of FERC's EQR program.
Lindsay has been with Feller Law Group since 2014. Her previous experience is in health care administration, with a focus on new hire training. She graduated cum laude from NCC and is currently pursuing her degree in business management.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Margaret is Feller Law Group's Executive Administrative Assistant, responsible for software database upkeep, general office maintenance, secretarial and clerical support. She also works closely with the firm's attorneys on a wide variety of projects, including state, RTO and utility applications. Margaret proves to be indispensable in organizing successful projects and providing staff support.
Prior to Margaret joining Feller Law Group in 2015, she was a supervisor in the hospitality industry for many years. She brings a wealth of experience in developing a productive work environment and managing client relationships.
